We are a small company, offering surveying services and Energy Performance Certificates to local authorities, housing associations and private companies. 

We are based in Yorkshire/Teesside and have bases in Scarborough, Middlesbrough and Bradford.  Our work has taken us to areas such as Sheffield, Stockton and Hull.

We now offer the following surveying services:

• Condition Surveys
• Insurance Surveys
• Clerk of Works Duties
• Energy Performance Certificates

We are experienced at working on Decent Homes surveys and condition surveys.    We have worked for organisations such as Mears, Sheffield Homes and Nottingham City Homes.  We have also worked on Insurance Surveys too, eg inspecting flood damage in Hull.

We now operate our own small business, offering these services to social housing providers and others. As we don’t have the high overhead costs and operating expenses of a large company, we are able to offer competitive rates.   We provide a fast, friendly, high quality service.    We comply with the Health and Safety Regulations and have full Public Liability Insurance.
